Communications Center

The Racine County Communications Center is responsible for communications between the public and the agency. Dispatchers perform a wide variety of tasks.

The Communications Center handles the telephone requests for Law Enforcement and Fire/Rescue services for all of Racine County, except the City of Burlington.

The Communications Center answers 911 emergency telephone calls for the following areas:

  • Village of Elmwood Park
  • Village of Union Grove
  • Village of Waterford
  • Town of Yorkville
  • Town of Raymond
  • Town of Norway
  • Town of Waterford
  • Village of Rochester
  • Town of Burlington
  • City of Racine
 Town of Dover  Village of Mount Pleasant
Village of Sturtevant   Village of Wind Point


Constant telephone calls for service, information requests, enormous volumes of paperwork, and tremendous demands for instant service shows how the Dispatchers play an extremely important and crucial part in Law Enforcement Services.
